Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “the user”) and AxiHome LLC (“AxiHome LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the company that operates the RunComps software and website. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using RunComps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we provide

RunComps is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application for real estate investors, landlords, and wholesalers. RunCompslets you look up a U.S. residential property address and receive comparable sales (“comps”), estimated After Repair Value (ARV), market analytics, and related investment calculations. RunComps is an informational software tool. We do not buy, sell, appraise, broker, or lend against real estate, and we are not a real estate brokerage, appraiser, lender, or financial advisor.

2. Not professional advice

All data, estimates, and calculations provided by RunComps are for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. Property data is aggregated from third-party sources and public records and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Nothing in RunComps constitutes an appraisal, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of value or return. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before making a purchase, sale, financing, or investment decision.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscription, free trial & automatic renewal

RunCompsis offered as a paid subscription (the “RunComps PRO” membership) with the following terms:

• Free trial: New members receive a 7 day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Price: After the free trial, the membership is $97 per month, plus applicable taxes.
• Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method on file is charged $97 for the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@runcompsusa.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee and any applicable taxes. If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use RunComps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export the data except as expressly permitted for your own internal business use.
• Share your account with, or make it available to, people outside your business.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Use the data to make credit, tenant-screening, employment, or insurance decisions, or for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

7. Intellectual property

RunComps, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by AxiHome LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RunComps for your own business purposes while your subscription is active. You may use the reports you generate for your own real estate business; all other rights are reserved by AxiHome LLC.

8. Third-party data

RunComps relies on data from third-party providers and public records. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or licensing of third-party data, and access to certain data may change if a provider changes its terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

RunCompsis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match actual market value.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxiHome LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) RunComps. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using RunComps at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of RunComps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
